>Some Saturday’s you just made a bad choice to get up too early and try to run even when the night before you got four hours of sleep

This happened because your roommates visiting boyfriend snores like a lawnmower

The last thing you want to do is go to the gym but you start “shoulding” all over yourself

You then have a mental breakdown because you have stressed yourself out too much all week and haven’t had enough balance by any means and have completely crashed

You then take an hour long nap at 10 in the morning

Instead of packing a healthy lunch and going to the library to work you take advantage of the “warm” weather and walk to the local coffee shop

You get an amazing buttery grilled mushroom sandwich WITH cheese that steamed when you pulled that sandwich apart

The sandwich comes with a free homemade cookie that you absolutely do not say no to

Note to self Caitlin… this can be a recovery from a mental breakdown, but should also be used more often as a preventative measure.
