Evening all! I write to you mid-experiment of my schedule. See, I am very efficient in getting things done during the day because I am a big morning person. However this leaves me ahead in my classes all of the time (which I’m totally fine with) but also leaves me in bed doing nothing for several hours each night, which I don’t like.
I have decided that I am going to try to get at least one thing done after dinner at least 3 nights per week because despite being a head I am still often stressed and I think this may actually help.
To stay productive I have kept my jeans on instead of changing into sweats and I have put both my room lights on instead of the christmas lights that I like to put on for the evening. I’m also allowing myself to relax during dinner by blogging and watching the new House so We’ll see!
I packed lunch to have in class
Whole wheat tortilla with butter beans, tahini sauce and siracha that I forgot to put inside
With a side bag of orange
I got hungry for a snack earlier than normal and grabbed this out of my backpack. I had half during class and then finished it when I got out.
I also had a little spoonful of barney butter to tide me through getting more homework done
For dinner I ventured to the kitchen again but not as exiting as last night
Two eggs over easy with spinach, broccoli, mushrooms and peppers and a baked potato that I got from the school snack bar
Topped with Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic salt and nutritional yeast
One guess as to what it’s all getting dipped in
I’m sure I’ll end up having a desserty type study snack, will report in the morning! And I would just like to take a second to brag that my pre workout snack, breakfast AND lunch for tomorrow are currently in my fridge, woo hoo!
